Vegetable Biryani
Basmati Rice: 3 cups
Potato: One /cut into pieces
Sweet Peas: One small cup
Carrot: Two small/ cut into pieces
Beans:10/ cut into pieces
ginger garlic paste: Two tea spoons
Priya Biryani Paste: Two full spoons
Cilantro: chopped
Mint: chopped
green chili: 5/spilt into two
In a electric rice cooker add some oil wait untill it gets little warm. Add cut potatoes,carrotsgreenpeas,beans, green chili , priya biryani paste, ginger garlic paste and mix well.Close the lid for 2 mins and then mix again, Add 5 cups of water , add salt to taste, add chopped cilantro and chopped mint. Add basmati riceand wait until the rice is fully cooked.
Serve hot with some Gravy curry and Raita
