Carrrot Halwa

Ingredients:

Carrots: 12 big sized
Ghee: one small can
Sugar: 3 cups/add more for extra sweet ness
Cashews: half cup chopped
Dry fruits: half cup
Saffron: 4 strings
Milk: one liter

Fry carrot s in the ghee until the carrots are soft and add milk, Sugar,cashew nuts,
dry fruits and boil on simmer for another half hour.

refrigerate and serve chilled.
