Capsicum Masala

Ingredients: 
Capcicum:5
Green onions: 2
Cilantro: Bunch of leaves
Onion : finely chopped
Masala Mix, Salt and red chilli powder

For Masala Mix:
Chala dal, toor dal, Urad dal .half cup each
Dried red chillies 5/6
Daniya: two spoons

Fry the above mentioned dals in a kadai along with the red chilli and dania. when they turn little red take off the stove and leave the mix to cool, Grind the cooled dal mixture also add some salt to taste during the grinding process. Make a powder and keep it aside.

Cut capsicum into the desired slice pieces and chop onions. In a Kadai add oil and allow it to warm up.
To this oil add jeera and mustard seeds and wait till they sputter. Then add Ginger Garlic paste a spoon ful.
Add chopped onions and stir until that turn goldken brown. Then add Capcicum pieces and allow them to cook. when the capcicum is almost cooked add salt, Red chilli powder , Masala Mix, Chopped Cilantro,
Sliced Green Onionls  add daniya powder mix. leave it on a slow flame until the oil oozes out of the gravy.

Enjoy this curry with rice or roti!!
