Cilantro Lemon rice

Basmathi Rice: Two cups
Cilantro: one cup finely chopped
Lemon:two/three
green chili: 4
Onion: finely chopped
ginger garlic paste: two tea spoons

In a pan heat some oil, add some cumin seeds,allow it to sputter.Then add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and add onions and stir for some time. when the onions turn light golden yellow add chopped cilantro and mix , after few seconds add 3 cups of water, salt to taste now add basmathi rice. Allow rice to cook completly, when the rice is almost done add some lemon juice to the mixture and stir.

This can be eaten with yogurt/ raita.
