Red radish Chutney

Ingredients

Red radish/Small radish: 12
Red Chillies: 4
Daniya: one tea spoon
Cumin seeds: One tea Spoon
Urad Dal: two tea spoons
Tamarind: little amount

In a pan add some Oil and when the oil is warm enough add cut radish, red chilies,
daiya, urad dal, cumin seeds and fry for some time. Aster few minutes add soaked tamarind to the
above mixture. fry for some more time. Allow this to cool.

In a grinder add the above ingredients , add salt to taste and grind.

Serve with rice or rice cakes. This is very tasty chutney.
